Went for breakfast. Both my wife and I had the full breakfast. It was delicious. The sausage and egg were well prepared and the bread for the toast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Seats are a little hard to come by.

Absolutely delicious. Traditional Scottish dishes with a healthy twist! We looked for this specific place to brunch because of a recommendation. It wasn't a mistake.

The all fresh ingredients make it a whole experience, the only downside might be that the place is small, which makes it all the cosier.

    Unmissable!

Hip coffee and food place in central location just off the Royal Mile. Modern and clean design. The staff was very friendly.
The frittata and scone were excellent. The black filter coffee was some of the best I've had in a while.
However, it's quite popular and can get full. Portions are fairly small for the upscale prices.

Cute, small brunch spot. We ended up at the smaller breakfast joint next to the larger restaurant. Breakfast burrito was great, others got bacon and waffles, which were good to. Friendly service, reasonable prices, and good coffee. Not a ton of seats so tough with a big party but good for couples. If you need a casual brunch spot, would recommend.

I will eat here every time I visit this city, and hopefully more than once in the week I am here. It is the best food I have ever had.. and i don't say that lightly. Their Hash is the best thing on the menu - smoked salmon, potatoes, kale, eggs, onions, hollandaise sauce.. I often get a side of gluten free bread and a latte.. their service is great as well, often in the morning there is a que so put your name in once you arrive, but you won't be waiting too long. My favorite place in Edinburgh, hands down.
